How do I return an item?
As a majority of our products are handmade, they require at least 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If a design element for your item is out of stock we will notify you with a proposed ship date of the finished product.
Return Policy
All silk garments and custom orders are not returnable for credit or exchange.
Returns for refund or exchange are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, washed, and with all tags attached. Merchandise must be returned to us in the original condition it was received in.
You can only return merchandise for refund or exchange by mail within 7 days of delivery date of purchase. This means that your return for refund or exchange must have a postmark that is within 7 days of when the package was originally delivered to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within two weeks. Since we do not store credit info we can only issue credits to the card that was originally used for the purchase.
Restocking Fee:
There is a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

Please use an insured carrier to ship your merchandise back to us. Also, please remember to insure your package for the full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts—this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost. All returns must be pre-paid. Do not send returns C.O.D.
Important
The merchandise must not be used, worn, washed and must have all tags attached. Please save the box and all of the packing material for your return.
